I reserve the right to remove any participant from a Group Working Session—without a refund—if their behavior is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise detrimental to the community’s focus and safety. By booking a session, you agree to help us keep this space productive for everyone!
Registration & Payment: All seats must be reserved and paid for in advance. Your spot is only confirmed once payment is received.
Non-Refundable & Non-Reschedulable: Due to the limited number of seats and the low cost of these sessions, all bookings are final. If you are unable to attend, we cannot offer a refund or a credit toward a future session.
Transferring Seats: While I can't manage the swap for you, you are welcome to "gift" your seat to a friend! Just shoot me an email at least 2 hours before the session starts with the name and email of the artist taking your place.
Please use the same email for all our interactions to prevent any mistakes in the tracking of your coaching.
Refunds: Once booked, sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start time, or missed entirely, will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will result in a shortened session. If you have not logged in/called within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will end and be forfeited.
Exceptions: Emergency exceptions are made at the sole discretion of the Studio.
Pre-Payment Required: This scheduler is only for clients who have already purchased a 3, 6, or 12-hour package. If you have not yet received a confirmation of payment receipt from the Studio, please do not book a time; unpaid sessions will be canceled automatically.
Balance Tracking: Please ensure you have remaining hours in your package before booking. If you are unsure of your balance, check your last session notes or email the Studio.
Email Consistency: Use the same email address you used to purchase your package to ensure your hours are deducted correctly in our CRM.
Refunds: Packages are a commitment to your process. If you choose to terminate a package before all hours are used:
Sessions already completed will be billed at the Standard Hourly Rate ($150/$200) rather than the discounted package rate.
The remaining balance will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
Expiration: All package hours must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Unused hours after one year are forfeited.
